Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance plans and payment methods, and are also a Delta Dental Premier provider.  We will be happy to assist you with whatever your individual insurance plan may be.  We can provide you with a computer generated treatment plan to aid in your communication with your insurance company.  Please call our office to ask any questions you may have or to schedule a consultation.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks. For our patients’ benefit, we offer a 5% discount on any amount for payment on the day of the provided service.
